We are aware that some FamilyPlayers are experiencing certain issues, and we are working to correct them. We promise that when we are done you will be overwhelmed by the improvements and upgrades to our platform.
At this time, we do not have a timetable for when these changes will be completed, tested and ready for release. But in the meantime, we are offering a pretty amazing interim solution. You are now able to enjoy the Solo experience on your FamilyPlayer! We have remotely pushed the Solo to your FamilyPlayer, so you can simply switch to the Solo app and be blown away! It is buttery smooth, super-fast, and an incredible music-listening experience. Yes, it is music only, but for the short-term, we want you to continue to enjoy an amazing kosher music experience without any compromise. In addition, you can download almost 16,000 songs to the FamilyPlayer, over 4x more than on the Solo!
To activate Solo on your FamilyPlayer, please follow these instructions below:
Go to settings -> Apps -> See All X apps -> 24Six Solo -> scroll down and tap on "Home App" and then
select the 24Six Solo option from the menu.
