Usually, this means the Wi-Fi connection went out. To troubleshoot:
1) toggle Wi-Fi off and then on quickly, and make sure you are connected to WiFi.
2) ensure that you are spelling your email address (for login) and password correctly. The keyboard is small and might be hard to type on for some, so please make sure the information is correct.
3) You can only login to Solo once the account, profile and filters were created online on 24Six.app. If you have not fully completed one profile, Solo will not log you in.
